1. TAILORED

Machine according to the size of items, online cutting, seamless connection, no filler. Breaking the size limit of traditional packaging, the goal is to improve the utilization rate of packaging to 93%-95%, greatly reducing the packaging waste.

2. AUTOMATIC PACKAGING

3. ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The materials are transported and stored by corrugated paper or reel, saving the cost of storage and transportation. The production process uses paper packaging and hot melt adhesive, and does not use any disposable plastic products,which is in line with the environmental protection concept of low carbon and plastic reduction.

The normal operation capacity of the machine is 1200 products per hour, which can replace at least 10-12 labor, which can save 80% labor cost and improve the speed of packaging.
